The Change Collab gently opens people's minds while also challenging people to be aware of the impact they’re having and to do better. It was great to see and hear staff being mindful of cultural attitudes, privileges, microaggressions and prejudices. Chantelle is pragmatic and strategic in her approach. The Change Collab takes the pressure off school leadership to address sensitive matters alone and allows the leadership team to participate in the learning.
