The Change Collab helps solve the problem of a world where individuals and teams often struggle to have a positive impact in their personal lives, workplaces, and communities. Despite the desire to make a difference, many lack the tools, mindsets, and skills necessary to impact themselves, others, and society effectively. The Change Collab addresses this gap by building capability and equipping people with the resources they need to lead transformational change, fostering environments where everyone can thrive.

At The Change Collab, we believe that creating a positive impact at home, work and in wider society requires a holistic and transdisciplinary approach. Our approach is rooted in the belief that to enact meaningful change, we must understand the interconnectedness between self, others and society. With this understanding, we can ensure our actions align with our values, enabling us to have a positive impact in both our personal and professional lives and to create environments where all can thrive. 

We believe that each of us plays a role in shaping our environments, just as our environments shape us. Therefore, we equip our community with the capability to reflect on their actions, connect with others in meaningful ways, and leverage their influence to drive positive change across multiple levels: intrapersonal, interpersonal, institutional and societal. 

Our services draw on and help you build capability in a range of disciplines, including emotional intelligence, social intelligence, systems thinking, neuroscience, community development, leadership development, personal development, social justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), organisational development, and adult learning.

At The Change Collab, we don’t shy away from complex topics. We prioritise psychological safety, creating spaces grounded in curiosity, critical thinking, humility, and accountability. If you or your organisation needs support in an area that we can’t fill, because we don’t have the lived experience and expertise, we will happily direct you to amazing champions who can.
